At SGT GRIT, we stand behind our gear and offer a 60-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. We want to ensure every Marine and supporter is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, with tags attached, and were purchased within the last 60 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, including the packing slip, before dropping the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
